Why we built this

Most invoice OCR tools quote a one-size-fits-all price without ever looking at your actual invoices. The fit between your supplier's invoice format and any extraction pipeline determines 90% of the result.

This tool runs the same field-detection logic we use during a real invoice/PO to CSV setup. If your sample invoice text scores an A, our £99 starter will produce clean output reliably. If it scores a C or D, we'd recommend the £199 concierge with a custom template, or sometimes that we're not the right fit at all.

It's a free 5-second screen, not a sales call. We'd rather tell you up-front if your format isn't a fit than waste both our time.
