The service

Useful Patch provides Google Merchant Center audit reports and optional monitoring subscriptions. We analyse publicly accessible information and information you provide, then produce a written report of findings and recommendations.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in Google approving, reinstating, or maintaining your Merchant Center account. Google makes final approval decisions. We provide analysis and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

We do not invent GTINs, MPNs, brands, or compliance evidence on your behalf. We do not recommend circumventing Google policy or creating new accounts to bypass active suspensions.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The audit fee (currently £199) is charged at checkout. Monitoring subscriptions are charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Delivery

Audit reports are delivered by email to the address used at checkout, typically within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. If we are unable to complete your audit, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Refunds

See our refund policy. If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form. You remain responsible for any changes made to your Merchant Center account or website. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from actions you take based on our report.

Intellectual property

Your audit report is for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute it without permission.
