Who we are
Useful Patch provides Google Merchant Center audit and rescue services at useful-patch.com. Contact: usefulpatch@proton.me.
What data we collect
When you purchase an audit or monitoring subscription, we collect your email address and payment reference (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
When you submit an intake form, we collect the information you send us: your store URL, screenshots, and issue description. This is used only to complete your audit.
We use GoatCounter for privacy-respecting analytics. We also use the Google Ads tag for conversion measurement so we can understand whether paid ads lead to purchases. Non-essential advertising and analytics storage is denied by default until a visitor accepts the cookie notice.
How we use your data
- To deliver the audit report or monitoring service you purchased.
- To email you your report and follow-up recommendations.
- To improve our audit process (anonymised, never shared).
Who we share data with
We share your data only with Stripe (payment processing). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
Audit intake data and reports are retained for 90 days after delivery, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing usefulpatch@proton.me. We will respond within 14 days.
Cookies and ad measurement
We use a cookie notice for non-essential measurement. If you accept, Google Ads may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an advert led to a purchase or enquiry. If you decline, non-essential advertising and analytics storage stays denied. GoatCounter analytics is privacy-respecting and does not require personal sign-in.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
