Refund policy

Audits (one-time purchase)
If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email usefulpatch@proton.me with your order reference.
Once your intake form has been submitted and work has started, we do not offer refunds. If we are unable to complete your audit for any reason, we will issue a full refund automatically.
Refunds are not issued on the basis that your Merchant Center account was not reinstated. We provide analysis and guidance, not guaranteed approval outcomes.
Monitoring subscriptions
Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not provide partial-month refunds for the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email usefulpatch@proton.me with the subject line "Refund request" and your order reference or email address. We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
