No. You send us the appointment list (CSV or email is fine) and we handle the rest. Nothing connects to your booking system during the pilot.
We process only the patient name, phone number, and appointment time. No clinical or medical data is needed or stored. Data is held securely for the pilot period and deleted at the end. We sign a data processing agreement before starting.
Every message includes a STOP option. Patients who opt out are removed immediately and you're notified. You can also exclude specific patients from the list before we start.
You get the full results report. If the data looks good, we can discuss an ongoing arrangement. If not, the pilot ends and you've lost nothing except a small test budget.
